Symbiosis and coevolution: Biological connections in space and time

Period:
From April ,2002
Place:
Exhibition hall 1F

The evolution of life follows an unbroken and ever-diversifying lineage that dates back to around 3.8 billion years in the past. The establishment and continuation of life’s diversity both depend on relationships between species. From the spatial perspective, this manifests as symbiosis, while over time it emerges as co-evolution. This exhibit highlights BRH research focused on the relationships between insects and plants, from the cellular to the global scale. Come and enjoy!
