The cell walls of Trebouxiophyceae generate a diversity
of cellular division

     Cells are the basic unit of life. The reason that living creatures have survived continuously from the first life form 3.8 billion years ago to the present is due to cell division. How does the diversity of cell division connect to the diversity of living creatures? We used as our vantage point for observation that point at which unicellular organisms become multi-cellular.
